» The Baltimore Sun on the resignation of longtime columnist Michael Olesker after an investigation by another local publication alleged he'd lifted passages from other sources.

UPDATE: The original article that detailed Olesker's numerous transgressions. From the piece, which kicked off with coverage of a correction to an Olesker column the Sun published before Christmas: "A cursory review of Olesker’s recent columns suggests that a more rigorous analysis might not be a bad idea..."

» Regret the Error reports on a decade-old item about journalism from a blog that was reported as new news and in one case without attribution: "The irony of this -- a very large media mistake in a story about media mistakes -- is rich."
