Reuters reports that Google has agreed to pay $102 million for dMarc Broadcasting. The deal, it continues, could eventually be worth more than $1.2 billion. The piece: "The move into radio ad-buying could be followed by expansion into the television ad-buying market by the world's leading provider of Web search-based online advertising."
